FlashBudget analyzes firmware build artifacts uploaded from your CI and provides memory-size diffs, budgets, history and reports. The service is provided by Embedded Republic, Switzerland ("we").
The service is currently in beta: it is provided "as is", free plans are subject to fair-use limits (currently 50 builds per project per day), and features may change. We give no availability guarantee during the beta.
You are responsible for keeping your API token secret and for the artifacts your CI uploads. You confirm you have the right to submit them. Uploaded binaries are analyzed and immediately discarded; derived size metadata is stored to provide the service.
No attempts to disrupt the service, probe its security, or upload content you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Paid plans (currently EUR 19 per repository per month) are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. If the service does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including consequences of size reports being unavailable or inaccurate — the reports assist your engineering decisions, they do not replace them.
You may delete your project at any time (contact us). We may terminate the beta or the service with reasonable notice.
Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
